1) Login to your cPanel at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
2) Under Email section, click on "Email Accounts".
3) Click on "Disk and Quota" for the email account that you wish to modify.
4) Enter the desired Mailbox Quota (in MegaByte) for the email account you wish to modify before pressing the Save button.
