By default Windows Server 2003 operating system only has an Administrator account for users to access the server. For some people, this might be a security issue or flaw for allowing any kind of people to access the server with administrative usage. In order to prevent unwanted damaged to neither the server configuration nor the system, you might as well create another user with limited privilege.
First, open the Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
After a new windows will appear, select System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users. Right-click on it, then select New User…
Fill in the username of the desired account. You might want to modify the textbox according to your own preferences.
Click Create button, and thats it. You may now log off and try to log in the other account you created to test.
