By default Windows Server 2003 operating system only has an Administrator account for users to access the server. For some people, this might be a security issue or flaw for allowing any kind of people to access the server with administrative usage. In order to prevent unwanted damaged to neither the server configuration nor the system, you might as well create another user with limited privilege.

First, open the Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
