Please be informed that ServerFreak office will be closed starting from 30th January 12:30pm and will only resume to work on 4th February 2014 for Chinese New Year. There will be no phone support from 30th January 2014 12:30pm until 3rd February 2014.
However, please be informed that our Technical support team via helpdesk will be available as usual 24 x 7.
All hostings, virtual servers and domains (except for .my/.com.my) order will be activated on the same day (usually within 1hour) of the order.
