Expected Service Impact
During the maintenance window, the TATA upstream route will experience a temporary outage. However, our PCCW upstream route will remain fully operational, and traffic will automatically be routed through the available path to minimize service disruption.
While no significant service interruption is expected, some customers may experience brief changes in network latency or routing during the traffic convergence process.
Reason for Maintenance
Infrastructure improvement works by our upstream provider to enhance the reliability and performance of their network.
