Horde webmail will be removed from cPanel & WHM starting with Version 108. This is because Horde does not support PHP 8.x, and PHP 7.4 reaches its End of Life in November 2022 and will no longer be available after this date.
Roundcube will become the primary cPanel Webmail client.
Which subscriptions are affected?
All cPanel servers include shared hosting, dedicated server, VPS, and cloud servers.
What does this mean for Serverfreak Customers that use Horde? Roundcube will be the only primary webmail client for cPanel.
What about my calendars and contacts?
When cPanel & WHM update to version 108, the system will automatically migrate all Horde data to Roundcube.
What do I need to do to prepare for this?
No actions are required on the client's end.
