Announcement of SST Implementation

SST Implementation Effective 1st September 2018

In line with the Government announcement on the Sales and Services Tax Act 2018, we are pleased to inform you that we are a SST registered company and will be implementing Sales and Services Tax (SST).

Effective from 1st Sept 2018, IT Services provided by ServerFreak Technologies Sdn Bhd are subjected to SST at a standard rate of 6% which will be reflected from invoice issue from 1st Septmber 2018 as well as service render from 1st September 2018 onwards.

Note:
- ServerFreak Technologies Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge 6% Service Tax, in accordance to the Service Tax Act 2018 for the proportion services render after 1st September 2018 which the payment has been made prior to the service delivery.
- 6% SST will also be imposed for Non-Malaysian Customer having the billing address registered in Malaysia.
